 For Flat Tummy, people resort to quite strict diet and different types of workouts. Many people do abs exercises every day in comparison to alternative abs workout. Not only this, for flat tummy people give up eating and drinking and keep trying only 6 abs day and night. Flat tummy is a bit difficult to get. But for this, the right diet and abs workouts are needed. Many people do so much advanced exercise to get abs that the load starts on other tissues instead of coming on abs.  1.BICYCLE CRUNCH


This is a very good exercise for abs, doing it creates tension on your oblique muscles. To do this, lie on your back and bring both hands behind your head. Now bend the legs at 45 degrees and straighten the left leg and bring the right leg closer to the chest. Bringing your upper body up, touch the elbow of the left hand with the knee of the right foot and then switch to the other side. Do this exercise slowly in the beginning. You can increase your speed when you practice. Start with 3 reps of 1 minute and then gradually increase the time.



2.THE BOAT POSE


This exercise creates tension on abs muscles and is a very easy exercise. In yoga it is known as Naukasana. Now lift the lower body and upper body upwards. This will make the boat pose and soon the tension will start to build on the abs. Keep in mind that while doing this exercise, you keep your focus on abs. Initially try to hold for 30 seconds, then return to your starting position.





3.PLANK


Plank is the most famous exercise for abs. This can be done in many ways. Planks increase flexibility in the body and also provide relief in back pain. To do this you first come to the pushup position. Keep in mind that we do pushups on the palm and planks are done on the forearms. There should be no movement in the body while doing this. Planking creates tension on the core, back, legs, hand muscles. While doing this, keep in mind that your core should be tight and your head should be facing down. You can get flat tummy by doing this exercise.





4.ALTERNATE TOE REACH


To do this, lie directly on the floor and keep your hands up. First raise the right leg upwards and touch it with the left hand. Now do the same with left leg and right hand. This will be called a reps. Just do 3 sets of 20-20 reps.
